The Toronto French Montessori School is to resume Music lessons (piano class for 4 years old and above) as part of the after-school programs. We provide a fun, challenging and exciting environment. What better way to learn music in the convenient setting of the school! Students will have one-on-one music instruction according to their level.

They are asked to bring their own music sheets with them for each lesson.

The time slot is half an hour and spaces are limited. Sign-up sheets will be in the Main Office to register. Please note that your time slot is on first-come-first served basis.

The Toronto French Montessori School would like to introduce various dance for our students this year. This is part of the after-school programs. It will incorporate the dance steps and toning to fitness program with music and rhythm.

The goal of the program is to improve muscle strength, posture, mobility and coordination. This is a fun cardio activity that requires moving rhythmically to music, typically following a set or sequence of steps. Our dance teacher will teach different dances such as Salsa, Merengue, Samba, Reggae, Hip-Hop, Disco and many more. 

This involves dance and aerobic movements at the beat of music. The incorporation of choreography in different dances is a must try activity!

The Toronto French Montessori School is to resume the basketball program as part of the after-school programs. Spaces are limited; therefore please secure your spot as soon as possible. The goal of the program is to develop, teach and instruct basic basketball skills and rules of the game.

The goal of the program is to develop, teach and instruct basic soccer skills and rules of the game. Students will participate in a variety of drills and games working on dribbling, passing and shooting. All classes will end with a scrimmage.

The Toronto French Montessori School introduces Cross Country as part of the after-school programs. The goal of the program is to develop, teach and instruct individuals or team run a race on open-air courses over natural terrain, such as grass, hills, flat ground and sometimes gravel road. It is both an individual and a team sport.

The Toronto French Montessori School is to resume the chess program as part of the after-school programs. 

The goal of the programme is to develop, teach and instruct basic chess skills and rules of the game.

 All classes will include playing chess.

The Toronto French Montessori School is pleased to organize Tutorial Classes for students this year.

Our teachers are willing to spend extra time after class to work with your child upon request.

The Toronto French Montessori School is pleased to organize Adult Spanish Classes this year.

This course will teach you the basic phrases, phonetics, vocabulary and grammar for effective communication. 

The approach is communicative. Students will learn to introduce themselves, ask and give personal information, express their opinion about other people, give explanations, talk about their likes and preferences and plan a vacation.

Some grammatical points will be presented:  personal pronouns, present tense of regular and irregular verbs, demonstratives, gender and number of nouns and adjectives as well as numbers from 0-100.
